German culinary innovator, The Deli Garage, has released Esslack, an edible metallic spray that can be used to transform any item of food into a visual delight. When the Mix team predicted the Midas trend, which includes metallic bronze and gold hues, for Spring/Summer 2010, we never thought it would be taken this far!
